Dr Krishna Reddy was one of the core founders of CARE Hospitals in 1997. His key areas of interest are strategic planning, corporate and clinical governance systems, and delivery models aimed at making high quality medical care accessible and affordable. He has many national and international publications to his credit and is principal investigator for several ongoing national and international trials.

He is also a FMCG distributor in Bangalore for Ferraro Roche. In addition he owns ENEM movers, a logistics company.

Mr. M M Sastry has an experience of 30 years plus in the Health care industry. He was in Pfizer for 25 years and the last assignment was handling Critical care division of Pfizer for Karnataka. He has experience in pharmaceutical marketing and Medical IT as well. After his stint in Pfizer, he worked for Moksha Digital software pvt ltd. He is one of the promoters of Vérité Biotech dealing pharmaceuticals and medical softwares.
